Apart from that, perhaps the one with the handcuffs got off easy because he cooperated with the police? Just guessing.
The same problem was in Nigeria in Christian cities. so what they did they allowed the Islamic law for rapist. the result was excellent the rate of rape fall down quickly..
Solution is if someone rape your sister,brother,mother simply follow Islamic law and if he is single and raped then prison for him for 20 years and if he married and commit rape then hang him on public. so rapper wouldn't get hot anymore LOL
So the problem is not with law in Sweden but with these Lawyers and judges! you will find many contradictions in their decisions regarding one issue from different courts.
The guy who handcuffed the boy should have gotten more than just some hours of community service. Really disgusts me how they pamper rapists here. Makes me wonder if it's because those people in the courts and law are a bit twisted themselves.
