Which stars will sing in Sweden in 2016?

Sweden's set to host a string of super stars next year, from Justin Bieber to Jamie xx. Here's a round-up of some of the biggest announcements so far.
It's freezing in most of Sweden right now and dancing around in a sunny field feels a long, long way away. But gig and festival promoters are cashing in on the winter gloom and starting to promote their hottest bookings for 2016.
Gothenburg's Way Out West this week confirmed that British producer Jamie xx (part of London band The xx) will top the bill at the much-hyped three-day music mash-up between August 11th and August 13th. He'll be joined by French electro band M83 and early noughties Australian singer Sia, who is enjoying a global revival. UK MC Stormzy and Swedish singer-songwriter Anna von Hausswolf have also been confirmed.
"This quintet acts feels extremely good and they are all highly topical names that we think belong in the Way Out West in 2016," Joakim Skoglund, marketing manager for the festival, told Swedish newspaper Metro on Thursday.
Meanwhile Summerburst, which takes place in both Stockholm and Gothenburg on June 10th and June 11th, is set to welcome veteran dance DJ David Guetta alongside newer names on the circuit including Norway's Kygo, Swedish producer Alesso and Stockholm-based duo Icona Pop.
Dance music fans who can't wait that long can look forward to a brand new spring dance festival in the Swedish capital, announced earlier this month. Stockholm Love Affair is scheduled for the first week in April, with hot names on the electro and techno circuit La Fleur, Adam Beter and Dubfire already confirmed.
Tickets are also still available for Sonar Stockholm, the Barcelona-born music festival that specializes in unique electro sounds, which takes place on February 26th and 27th. After being hosted by the somewhat corporate Radisson Waterfront venue this year, it will relocate to Nobelberget in the suburb of Sickla in 2016, described by organizers as "a unique industrial space of grand proportions; cavernous ceilings met by concrete walls". British radio DJ Annie Mac and New York-based LE1F are among the best known names confirmed on the bill so far.
As The Local announced last week, Justin Bieber – who seems to be transitioning from teenagers' pin-up to respected dance artist – is set to perform in a much-anticipated gig on September 29th.
Meanwhile some rather more old school international names will also be touching down on Swedish soil, with US rock band ZZ Top (formed in 1969) announcing on Friday that it is set to perform in Helsingborg in southern Sweden and and the central town of Rättvik in June, as part of its Hellraiser tour.
