.........and the honest guy possibly getting sued.
The story about cost cutting in the police by closing toilets was probably one of the most mundane, boring bit of nothingness jounalism ever! In this day and age, there must be some real news out there....even in a small country as this!
Do you have any stats? Or numbers to back this claim up, or are you being sarcastic?
Also, "Mr. Sprat," I recall that in the US, there once was a show called, "Americas Dumbest Criminals." Also, the owner of the caravan is not going to be sued.
