15-year-old remanded into custody for murder

A 15-year-old boy suspected of shooting to death a 19-year-old woman in Sjöbo in southern Sweden was remanded into custody on Friday afternoon. The woman was murdered at the beginning of August.

“This time we won't appeal. My client remains in custody in Malmö with restrictions,” defense attorney Jörgen Malmunger told TT.
The boy, who is related to the murdered woman, was remanded into custody for the first time by Ystad district court 14 days ago. The remand order was appealed, but the appeals court found sufficient evidence again the boy to keep him him custody.
The 15-year-old denies involvement and his lawyer has previously stated that there are reasonable explanations for the evidence against him.
Friday's remand order is valid for two weeks, but the prosecutor has advised that it might take a month to conclude the preliminary investigation. Next week, Ystad district court is expected to receive the results of the boy's psychological evaluation.

How about telling us some details about the story! or this "sufficient evidence". Otherwise, I guess its an unworthy report!
1. Who murdered the woman? (name)
2. Who was murdered? (name)
3. Where did the murder take place? (specifice location, city, neighbourhood, church, school, etc.
4. When did the murder take place? (specific date and time)
5. What relationship did the murderer and his victim have? (sister, cousin. etc.)
6. What was the sufficient evidence that kept him in custody?
Why didn't the reporter write the facts or do some investigative reporting in this case? I am sure but not positive but Swedish law probably prohibits the releasing of information on cases involving minors.
When someone murders another person in Sweden, the press does not enjoy free speech, but the press can fabricate a story about Israel murdering and harvesting the organs of Palestinians.
Freedom of speech is limited and in this case, this newspaper was correct about not releasing the name of the accused. Just as Israel was harmed by a newspaper for releasing un-verifiable accusations, the 15-year-old would be harmed if not found guilty.
"I'm absolutely convinced that if a 15-year old murders someone, such behavior can be derived back to Hip-Hop music."
Beynch, people are the sum total of their life's experiences; therefore, if "Hip-Hop music" was part of his life then one could say it played a part but did you ever think he murdered because he might have had a tumor on his brain or he didn't have a conscious? Just a thought.
