Beside it, I don't see that American officials are judged for dead civilians in Iraq. It means that court in Hague is just instrument in hands of powerfull, like USA. I don't say that Biljana didn't have indirect responsibility for war, but it is obviously that court protect western killing of civilians while they judge only Yugo and African war criminals. Court is financed mostly from USA and western countries and court don't dare to touch western war criminals.
Checoslavakia but who lived in Austria where he is suspect in theft of art and personal property of others as well as in Belgrade,so perhaps Albright who bombed Serbia back to the stone age in the 1990's had a personal vengeance agenda ?
