Hint hint to the local municipality: road hazard!... or the road officials should start doing checkpoints for cargo, load.. and safety!!
People don't respect the speed signs on face value. Enforcement is necessary and the companies involved have to punnish their drivers for "lumbering" them with fines all the time. (I had to get that pun in.)
