A Stockholm couple have been told they can stay in their rental apartment after neighbours called for their eviction over the pair’s naughty and noisy night-time games.

Complaints of having to overhear sex games and other disturbances where filed by neighbours of the randy couple to public rental housing company Stockholmshem.

The case was taken to the rent tribunal board (Hyresnämden) in an attempt to evict the couple.

But the complaints were thrown out by the board who stated that the noise could have come from another apartment within the building.

Disturbance orders had previously been issued to the couple's address on two occasions in connection with a domestic argument and a party.

But the tribunal concluded that the couple could not be throw out of their apartment for reasons other than the two reported incidents, which were not a case for eviction.

Hmmm, I say if you want them to quiet down after repeated requests, a couple of guys should stand just outside their apartment when these games are going on and keep 'counter shouting' for every shout coming from within.

For example:

In apartment: Ahhhh

Guys outside shout: Yeah, slap that @ss

In apartment: Ohhhh

Guys outside shout: Who's your daddy, b!tch!!!

In apartment: Ehhh

Guys outside shout: Thats right, I wanna be your backdoor man! (Led Zep)

Personally, I think there are a lot of jealous folk out there who cant give their partners the same amount of loving these two seem to be giving each other - so rather than address that problem they would rather just move these out.

I wonder how I get off with it then, hmmm my neighbours are loving it i guess.

What's the world coming to? Some people just don't want anyone to have a little fun. Would the other apartment dwellers prefer child molesters or psychos?

When you have to get up at 5 am to go to your transportation job, ( bus and truck) it's not as funny as you think to hear moaning and screaming and pounding of bed against the wall, every night of the week!

Let's be considerate towards eachother instead of maybe causing accidents for lack of sleep!

@ 2394040: Nice straw man argument combined with a loaded question.

The world is coming to a state were people a sick and tired of people who have no respect for fellow humans.

@ janeway: Well said. Some people just want to get home and relax, so they can be ready for a new day at work.

What is most amazing about this story is that this guy found a non-frigid Swedish woman with whom he can have sex. Nice work.
14:27 November 22, 2009 by peropaco
@calebian22. Good one....They normally dont start out frigid. Öo0,

i think this is a case of jealous and very old 30 year old neighboors getting all mad because of their own inability to have sex.

Honestly, there is nothing worse than hearing your neighbors.

Haha. Just me noticing that this is kinda sick? Let 'em make love if it makes them happy, the world is so boring and tough already, we shouldn't erase the tiny hope that's still in it!

I would rather hear people having sex at midnight every night than kids screaming and crying at midnight every night. Just for the simple fact that they live in an apartment building, with many other people, they should be understanding towards the thin walls and general noises that come along with that kind of housing. I myself can sometimes pick up 3 seperate families' bathroom discussions most mornings during my shower. It comes with the territory. Get over it, I say.

On the other hand, if the couple is into games etc, maybe a gag would be a wise investment for all concerned?

The kids you dont want to hear are; sooner or later; a direct result of the sex you would rather hear.

How can these uncivilized low-lives be that arrogant and inconsiderate? It is definitely not OK to extend your living space, sonically or otherwise, beyond the area for which you are paying rent! Get the trash out! NOW!
03:15 November 23, 2009 by Davey-jo
How can they say they don't know where the noise is emanating from? Are they all shagging like donkeys up there?

On the bright side of your comment, if kids do result from all that sex, you'll have silence for a good 8 months or so :).
