@Beynch - I think that you are only partially correct. There are different immigrants and different Swedes. There are antisocial people and criminal both among Swedes and among immigrants. Certainly, more attention should be payed to who is let int the country - but this shall not be on basis of nationality or race.

We shall not make distinction between people on the basis of where they come from, but on the basis of who they are.

We should not say "we do not immigrants". We should say "we do not want antisocial and criminal elements". We have to be aware, that not all Muslims are antisocial religious fundamentalists, and at the same time not all Germans are hard working good citizens. I have met hardworking good Muslim citizens and antisocial Germans, and vice versa. We must never judge the person on the basis of nationality, religion or race. We must judge a person on the basis of his life and achievements.

If your only achievement is sucking social money and making undereducated children - then you should get the hell out this country, regardless of your religion, race or nationality.

If you are a good citizen, contributing to the development of the society - you should be rewarded, regardless of your religion, race or nationality.

Now it's time for the other part - the Swedes. Swedes and Swedish authorities very often fail to separate merits and race ethnicity. We are coming to the bizarre situation when the left says that immigrants are OK and anyone who says anything wrong about immigrants is a Nazi, and on the other hand, the growing nationalists saying that all immigrants are bad, criminal, anti-social, social-help-sucking individuals. Obviously, NONE IS TRUE. This is the point, where I think that both left and right side of political scene is made of the same kind of morons, only dressed in different team colors.

It is however correct to say, that qualified and willing to to work immigrants are needed in Sweden. Immigrants coming here just to live off the social grants contribute NOTHING to this country.

...I agree in the statements of double concerto, we have an issue here too in America, a bunch of people with poor hygiene and no interest whatsoever to learn the language and integrate into society, I for one as an American Citizen I`m tired of paying with my taxes for these people, when I went to America and believe it was not easy in the beginning, I learned the language, the government and the culture and I always worked for my own money but now we have these leaches, and they just don`t care to be an American, so I understand why many people is upset on the matter.

About the spitting

I get really confused when I read comments about Somalis and spitting. Yes I know it is in their nature to spit. But nobody seems to notice that the Swedes (those who take Snus) spit more.

In my three years in Sweden, I have never seen a single somali spitting, but for the Swedes, it is like a competition on who will spit the fartherst. And to make matters worse, it is not just spit...... It is spittle. When standing at the bus stop, and one hears this throat gurgling/grating sound, it is time to take cover because it is sure as hell coming in droves and might land on your shoes. And this applies to men women and teenagers.

But then again, I live in a very small town, maybe they are allowed.

Lol, I'm yet another who has never seen a somali spit but am grossed out all the time by Swedes doing it.

There are so many snus packets and cigarette butts on the street here that sometimes it's hard to walk without stepping on one. You always here people talking about how clean Sweden is, but between the snus and graffitti, that hasn't been my experience.

Maybe in the bigger cites they're better about keeping it nice. More money to spend on that kind of thing.

Back to topic, I think Beynch's comment #2 is right on the mark.

Sweden does need immigrants but they need a much better system to get everyone intergrated.

They can't just throw thousands of refugees from a completly different culture together in neighborhoods, give them free money, housing, education by their standards and free healthcare and expect that they would willingly intergrate into society.

Lack of a working integration program and isolation for a group of people in a forgien land will only lead to mistrust and prejudice between the immigrant population and the nationals.

They also need to narrow the floodgate down to a trickle and only let in educated immigrants who want to and will contribute something to Swedish society. They have more than enough refugees.

Oh but now that they have become aware of it they will remove it. Geeeez, this passive agressive climate of niceness on one hand and hatred on the other is really making me sick.

You see people in need (refugees) and invite them to live in your house (Sweden/Europe). You are naive and think that many of them will be different than what they really are; you think that all humans want the same things and think the same way. Many of your guests come to your house and want to make it their own way and as reality goes they even have more kids than you and the kids turn out very much like their parents. Eventually you, the owner of the house, realize that probably you expected things to go a little different and may even feel a little dissatisfied with the turn of events and by now your new house partners (no longer guests) dislike you and resent you. Naivete, political correctness, incorrect assumptions and expectations from all sides.

Swedes are proud of their achievements either in hardware or solfware....but that's exactly the disadvantage they are bearing.People need to learn how to live co-existence.A society without love and understanding is too dangerous to itself and the external world, that's what I worry about.

There is a simple solution for Sweden: Breed.

About 6 years ago I tried to buy a house from the Swedish forest agency. This was a gård in Rimbo. Handlesbanken was going to give me the loan. The house was only 400,000 kronor.

I shook the guys hand and said I would buy it. I told him I just had to go to the bank for the paperwork and he said he would have to go back and talk with his boss.

He came back and said they have decided to sell it to someone else. They never gave me a chance to outbid the other guy and then to add insult to insult they asked me if I even had the right to buy land in Sweden.

I am really angry about this. I do feel like I was discriminated against as a foreigner. At that point in time I had already lived in Sweden for 5 years, had a full time and permanent job. I feel I was wronged and lost the chance to buy the gård. Not fair! The Swedish Forest Company SUCKS!!!

Speak plainly. No need to put everything in such complicated terms. And the stats!

There are some parallels between your call for the purging of Europe from all non-whites to Hitler's campaign to get rid of all non-Aryans from Europe. Its foolish to deny it. Its wiser to admit it and point out the differences. Hitler had no real reason to do it (it seems), but you have all the right ones. And if this brilliant plan of yours is to succeed, you need to understand why Hitler's (a man far better at this business than you) campaign falied. Furthermore, half measures won't do. You have to make sure all non-whites without exception are purged from Sweden first. This will serve as a model for all the world to see and then the rest of Europe will be next. So you need to prepare and there is so much you need to do. There are cases like non-whites who are already holding Swedish passports, how to deal with them? If you allow them to stay, then they'll breed and get you back to square one. Then there is also mixed race cases (like Elin's children). Some marriages will need to be annulled. Then you also need to put up laws for those who will shelter (hide) non-whites. These must be severely punished.

These are just a sample of administrative issues you will need to take care of. But since the Swedish people are already on your side (they loathe non-whites), it won't be a problem to take control of government and quickly start the legislative process. Be careful with how you use statistics they can be used to weaken arguments when your hoping to strengthen them.

Not really as the article was referring to a specific place in australia, where 26% of the population was born overseas, not every city, town or village will have a similar uptake of migrants. The article has got flaws in it and is written in a way that makes the reader assume that all the quotes are related to the earlier quotes on immigration.

Nobody has a problem with the swedish trying to keep hold of your culture and history, thats what attracts people to your country and it will never be lost no matter who lives there.
