Also, St Kitts and Nevis is one single country, and Nauru is not in the Caribbean.
I have seen lot of them working in IT companies here for a shorter term like not more than 2 years. Now every company here is hiring indian companies to send their employees to do high level technical jobs. And the Highly skilled labours are moving now.

I work in a big IT company, and for sure Indians do not know about computers better than americans, brits or anyone else. that's a fact.
The point is, we do have a lot of companies on the outsourcing wave, and guess what? they have HQs in India, where labor costs is a bit cheaper than in US.
And yes, there is indeed good IT dudes in India, but for sure, not more than in any other country playing the IT world...
