" I have recently become addicted to a website called Stockholms Källan. The site is an amazing treasure trove of historical images of Stockholm. You can search by names or locations to find old photos and documents relating to whatever you’re interested in. This image is from a 1960’s short film called “Ditt Stockholm” (“Your Stockholm”). Wonderful. Hope every job would understand licence for broken heart...
How do you take time out from doing nothing?
First the court claimed she was taking Time Out from Sweden to fly off to New York for her important "work" at the World Childhood Foundation. Ah, so good and noble of her.
But now it seems she's taking time out from even that non-job.
Anyway, I am glad she went to the USA! Its a great place to take a vacation and a lot of Swedes do it. And the fact that a beautiful Swedish princess chooses the USA to take a break is very flattering!
Madeline deserves to find someone who truly loves her. Its good she found this out before her marriage then after. Otherwise she would have been forced to stay in an unhappy marriage with a man who wonders. No relationship is perfect but maybe she can find someone better.

And no, she didn't choose to be born a Princess. But she could renounce it couldn't she?
Much of these posts reflect negativity and resentment of the royal family. I agree with Sheridan. Princess Madeleine could not control the conditions of her birth any more than any one of us could. She is human and feels pain and to celebrate her pain is a debased and corrosive emotion and act. You put yourselves at the bottom of the pile by such attitudes. You don't need the comparative of a royal house to do that for you.
Finialy, to NickM: Do you think that you would enjoy being asked to denounce yourself? Think about it, man.
