They have a psychological problem all right.
They should be put in a funny farm.
Belief is a lot more widespread here than you imagine. They just don't talk about it in case someone will end up suggesting they need psychiatric care...
Whoever is in charge is clearly weak.
Also, the word "handicapped" is no longer use - at least in professional circles. "Learning Difficulties" is a better way to describe someone who is unable to learn as well as most of us. It may be a new term to some readers here but I believe it's far more appropriate. But much worse is the American term of "retard", which is simply degrading.
I hope the readers here take this on board.
Maybe mediums should be hired to banish psychiatric care...
When one denies the existence of spiritual beings, one denies the existence of human soul just as well, for what else is the human soul?
I have always associated the term "handicapped" to refer to a physically disabled person, not a mentally disabled one. And as far as I know the more politically correct terms these days are "physical disability" and "mental disability"...
