Totaly agree with you

If you don't like it - leave
This country welcomes many people and if all they can do is complain about how there tax's are spent they know where to go - much rather spend it on the royals than a bunch of handout seeking immigrants
I've yet to experience Swedish life but if its better then the UK, I'll be happy
I know what immigrnats can do to a country, I wish that all immigrants here from south of the border would go home and take care of their own country instead of taking from my country. Then their own country is so corrupt (stealing from the poor so that the rich can enjoy life)and they have a president who doesn't give a damn. Women come from south of the border to have their children born here so that they can claim citizenship for the child, then they can stay here to raise that child on welfare from my government. That state of California is almost bankrupt because of this (not from there) is in such bad shape that the government workers sometimes have to wait to get paid.
From what I have read over the years about Sweden, royal puts a good face on Sweden and that many people are proud of their hertiage. Your country enjoys peace, goodwill from the world, it's very creative with it's industry, tolerates other people from around the world and has a sense of honor. I wish I could say the same about mine. I am so disgusted with my country (Washington and Franklin would turn over in their graves if they know what has become of their dreams and ideas) that if I could afford to leave I would.
You have obviously heard good things about Sweden(which there are many), but I have one question. Is it the same source that makes you believe, and I quote, "....create wars where thousands of your country men and women are killed each day." Seriously? Each day? There have been 5478 American deaths in Afghanistan and Iraq combined. Do the math.
As for your comments about immigrants. There is a difference between an immigrant and an illegal immigrant. One has signed the guestbook on the way in the door and the other has not. This may be inaccurate, but your comments make you seem as informed about America as Sarah Palin.
America or USA -to be precise - is not exactly your country. So before hatefully calling people south of the border immigrants or whichever group might also be classified thus, remember that your ancestors(I am presuming you are white or Caucasian American) where illegal immigrants from oversees(Europe) who came and ripped the real Americans(native Indians ) of their land and relegated them to reserves to this day. So do some fact checking next time you want to open your disgusting trap to vent out xenophobic comments. What ignorance and ingratitude. Ish!
@ David T and Rugla:
If you are honest with yourselves, unless you are just a bunch of ignorant xenophobes, you must acknowledge that that not all immigrants receive handouts. I will not get into the question of why some have to end up receiving handouts as that will be opening another can of worms. That said, there are(1) immigrants - I am friends with and know many more - in this country who are contributing significantly in high taxes to making this country what it is and getting back far less than they are giving in terms of those taxes; and (2) native swedes who are receiving handouts as well from a fund/system to which some of these immigrants I mentioned are contributing in taxes. So, think of some of these undeniable facts before you make sweeping generalizations.
Cheers
Your right, it's not everyday that thousands are killed but the war here is a big problem when even one serviceman/servicewoman is killed. A lot of Americans here are sick to death of war, it's been going on for years now and there is no end in sight. This all started when Bush Jr tried to do what Bush Sr could not do and then only under false information to the American people did these wars start. I am angry over these wars, these egos that know no bounds and don't have their sons and daughters fighting on the front line.
@villjobba
I didn't make a choice to be born here, it just happened as you are born somewhere, what I am trying to say is that I have paid and still pay my taxes and I don't like people from south of the border or wherever they come from that come here illegally and use the resources and don't give back. If these people got jobs, paid taxes and voted, there would be no problem, but for the majority that isn't the case. When you see women having child upon child just to stay here is this country it's sick. And then you think about the children brought up in poverty and crime. As for ripping this country away from the native Indians, I don't like what this country has done and still does regarding this issue. I do voice my opinion on this to my government(I write a lot of letters) and it all falls on deaf ears. As for Sarah Palin, I have no more use for her then the devil. I belive in treating one fairly but when it's all take, take, take and give me more, then I say go the heck home and take from your own country.
