Hultström has declined to comment on the matter.
I see... he is sooo sorry that he can't even comment for saying that he regrets it.
PLEASE, send him away from Sweden.

If the man thinks that homosexuals should not adopt children , that is his opinion , which he entitled to .
Truth must be said sometimes . Gay life excludes having children . Nobody should have to loose his job for expressing that opinion , unless he says so in Taliban State .
I just wonder how homosexuals can demand and expect tolerance by reacting like E..H..s whenever somebody says something they don`t like .
Of course he is allowed to have whatever private opinion he likes - the problem as I see it is with his public role as a judge
- Gay adoption is legal in Sweden
- sexual orientation discrimination is illegal in Sweden
- I don't see how he can continue in his role as a judge - wouldn't there be defence appeals in every case he sits in involving these issues given that he has made these statements in public
selling alcohol or tobacco to under-age children is also illegal in Sweden Would a judge be sacked if he was of the opinion that some 12 year olds should drink or smoke if they wished ?
Yeah yeah , gay adoption is legal , blah blah - but is that the end of the dabate ?
Helo , not all laws makes sense to everybody all the time .
Also, why don't single women sue the government over the fact they are not legally alllowed to get sperm donations in Sweden? Why do they have to go to Denmark or Russia? For those who say the US is hyper-moralistic at least a lesbian or a single woman can legally go into a fertility clinic and she can choose the characteristics the male donor has so she can pass that on to her baby. I guess the Swedish government thinks that decision is best left to the state.
Seems like he was on a big campaign.
I'm sure that any comments in favour of 12 year olds drinking alcohol would actually cause much more of a storm than this - you know the tough line that Swede's take on alchohol policy!
I don't know exactly what you mean by 'sacked' - it is up to the party to decide who fills their lay judge spots on the panel - it is not like a job or that he was an employed judge or anything.
Posting 300 offensive comments on someone elses blog sounds like stalking which seriously brings into question the guy's judgement
@rebel
Lesbian couples are entitled to fertitlity treatment if they wish.I think that the problem in Sweden is that there are very few artificial inseminations carried out anymore since the law change giving children the right to know their biological father which meant that few men were prepared to donate anymore.
you are wrong !
Already , some influencial characters in Sweden has suggested that minors ( down to 12 years old ) are better off drinking alcohol at home with their parents . Its is allaged that doing so will stop teen-agers from drinking in secret , as many children do .
These suggestions have not caused any storm that anybody is aware of . The Social Officials are not going to loose their jobs for implying that the law that forbids children from comsuming alcohol is either wrong or un-enforcable.
If the man was relieved of his role as a judge , he was "sacked" . I used the term in that context .
Also, why should a 38 year old woman have to choose between getting knocked up at a bar or going to Russia to get sperm donation? Seems pretty unfair if you ask me. In the USA a woman who is financially and psychologically competent can get sperm donation at a clinic -- of course, unlike the USA Sweden wants to be fully in charge of even conception.
As for fewer donors due to changes in the law -- first, there should be monetary compensation for people who donate eggs or sperm. Second, why not just solve the shortage problem by expanding the number of women a male donor can inseminate from 6 to 10? The possibility of half-sibling marriages are statistically almost impossible anyway and, if one wanted to further reduce the possibility, then make sure the fertility centers exchange sperm so that each mother lives in a totally different part of Sweden?
Any woman who wants to be a mother of any child should first respect laws of nature : only a man can produce a sperm; that sperm comes through a penis . Therefore , if a woman does not like men , she should not like what comes out of his balls , period .
Children are not toys that you can order from Russia ; children are small people who are a product of an association ( sexual ) between a man and a woman . Anything else is an abuse towards the rights of a child .
Yes, some women should turn to science and donors . But that should be for medical reasons , not for fashion or for reasons of proving a point . The buy sperms ( babies ) just like some rap music stars buy expensive billiards tables even when they know nothing about how the game is played .
Lesibians and homosexuals claim that they too have maternal / petternal instincs like normal people . I call this bull crap . Vegatarians cannot claim to love the smell of beef .
This is it : if a man is incpable of falling in love with a woman ( mother ) he has proved that he opts out of parentehood . The same goes for these lesbians .
Free advice : if you are a woman who is attracted to women and you find yourself feeling "fertile" , rush to the next clinic and get your ovaries removed OR grab the next bloke and he will show you how babies are made .
