Director Björn Runge is in line for a magnificent seven at the 2005 Guldbagge awards, Sweden's national film awards. His film Mum mot mun (Mouth to mouth) has been nominated in seven categories, including Best Film, Best Director and Best Actor.

The second-most nominated film of the year was the Swedish Oscar hope, Zozo, directed by Josef Fares. The film picked up four nominations

Tuva Novotny is up for two awards - as best actress as Sandra in Four Weeks in June and as Best Supporting Actress for her role as Linda in Bang Bang Orangutang.

The nominations were made by a jury of 32 members voting in a secret ballot.

The 39th Guldbagge Awards ceremony will be held on Monday 30 January 2006 at the Gothenburg Opera. Swedish Television will be broadcasting the event live.

Awarded annually since 1964, the Guldbagge ("Golden Beetle") is the name of the Swedish Film Institute's award for achievement during the previous year. The award itself, in the form of a fantasy beetle, was designed by the artist Karl Axel Pehrson.
