I think the system is a good idea - anything that limits the black market must be a good thing. Why should we pay to fund tax cheats? If everyone paid their dues - the tax rate could in theory drop - but would it?
This is a woman who urinated in a public theater and tossed her urine-drenched panties at the rest of the audience, and in the resulting media storm, hid behind the "I'm a victim of alcoholism" excuse.
This is a woman who proposed to the Swedish Parliament in 2002, an extra tax on ALL MEN for sexual harassment, in a speech in which she likened all men to the Taliban. In her convenient worldview of black and white, all men are perpetrators and misogynists, and all women are victims and thus entitled to compensation. What this oaf (whom Swedes call a "genius") failed to understand that according to the benefit principal of taxation, taxation = rights, meaning men would be entitled to sexually harass women as long as they paid their taxes.
This is a woman who was ousted the very next year from the Swedish Left Party on charges of tax fraud, and she conveniently turned it into "I resigned because I have more important things to do" and launched the Feminist Initiative Party.
This is a woman who exposed her callous mercenary heart by burning 100,000 SEK as a protest against unegaul pay for women, and tried to silence critics who said the money could have been put to better use, by saying, "we are not a charity, we are a political party.
Why should anyone be surprised what this woman comes up with next?
So many hypocritcal actions
- like the former employment Minister cutting back on benefits to the unemployed so that people including a person in intensive care, several people whose children have died and the soldier returning disabled form Afghanistan have all been denied unemployment benefits
- yet there is a much more genrous rule when the Employment Minister himslef resigns over allegations involving prostitutes - then his 1.3 million kronor golden parachute is perfectly OK
