Another kind of troll.
If the woman forced him by slapping on his face to pronounce the words like "can I buy sex from you" and record it on her mobile and hear the same to the court. Then the court will fine the man and put him in prison for 3 months.
In the other side why would such a disabled man ask her? He knows even if he asks that doesn't work. Because, there is no prostitution in Sweden. He cannot keep madly asking people on streets. It would have become a rumour everywhere. Instead he would go to places like Amsterdam or Frankfurt and solve his problem. Easiest way. I don't think the man is such a fool to dare ask a woman on street even in worst case.
I think the bitch just took advantage of a disabled man. Maybe she cheated many. But, I am sure many are ashamed and will never come out and speak. Because, as soon as they open their mouth those all will end up 3 months in prison due to saying yes to her. Foolish case to deal now. I'm very curious to know how they will solve this now.
