This is a predictable end for faithless elements, having nothing to live for.
very sad story about the poor lad.
We do not need to save our sympathies. Sympathy is not a finite resource.
Everyone involved in this awful, awful incident is deserving of our compassion, including the poor, disturbed soul who felt it necessary to do this to himself. Poor guy, what a waste.
allah(the only god)may give him peace.
next he should be born in afghanistan to have good faith.
well said! very well said.
"faithless elements, having nothing to live for."
All you have to live for is your faith? Now THAT is a sad life.
you are right , when you donot have faith , does not know why you are here ? what is your purpose ? you get bored, tired and fedup with your life ..
Life without Faith , end up like these...
@heu @asian123 @l33tshane @"green Swede"
All of you sound like brain injury victims (Hopefully, you will not do as this young man did!). Anyways, Listen and listen well you bloody-goons (For your sake!), "Faith" doesn't only mean religion (Unless you are a narrow minded doltish to take it as only religion).
Faith is related to family, love, dreams, hobbies...etc
Yes I am a Muslim (Alhamdulillah), and my religion my great religion (Islam) prohibits commiting sucide, but still even without Islam, I have zillion reasons to live for, such as: living for my sweetheart daughter, living to accomplish my dreams,......and of course, living to uplift the society by educating muppets like you.
Once again, Islam teaches how the person appreciates the life that s/he is given, and teaches about how to perfectly spend your life.
@J Jack #12
I noted that you've used word "victim" .... Huh? Are you sure about that?
If the killer is the victim, then, YEAH I now Understand how come the West sympathizes and supports the satanic state "Israel" for being victims by killing and burning poor children.
May I just draw your attention to what l33tshane wrote earlier in this thread.
But for all you preachers out there, how can you possibly judge him and say he is selfish? Or criticize him for what you assume is a lack of religion? Don't forget that the guy had Asperger's! So come down off your high horses already and stop pretending like you know all the answers to the universe or have any understanding of the kind of things he was going through. We may be disturbed by such a decision, and from our vantage point perhaps rightfully so, but part of being human is the ability to choose your own destiny, and that is exactly what he did. I think that has to be respected at some level.
You couldn't get along without mentioning "satanic state of Israel", could you?
Poor soul...
please note i am not blaming this poor guy, i am blaming the whole society and atheistic ideology for this which gave us fruits like these ..
hope your eyes will open, before they close forever, and you will be answerable for your deeds ...
my religion my great religion (Islam) prohibits commiting sucide, but still even without Islam.
you are true islam prohibits suicides. but encourages suicide bombers.
in the religion of peace i never find any peace.
i wish all young peaple to not play like that or ather dangrous game
my god bless you
This is exactly how life can end up in a situation where one doesn't belong to or enjoy the social sarrounding.unfortunately life in sweden makes it even harder for people like marcus. it's not a matter of having something to live for i.e daughter or dreams to accomplish but rather how the person(alone) is feeling with relation to his social lifestyle, being able to handle day to day challenges or not.
If he did the right thing or not is impossible to say since am not in his shoes. besides nobody has any idea of how his childhood and upbringing was like and that's why i prefer keeping some opinions to my self
other than that i think i might save some lives by expanding my social circle, offer a smile or say hello to strangers:)
At least he died alone....
Only god can judge you Marcus
A sad lonely child suffering from Autism has ended his life ... stop f..ng judging him...
There is no God
Objective Truth does not exist
Life has no meaning and no purpose
Everything you experience is a deceitful illusion
Every thought you ponder is irreconcilable nothingness
There is no such thing as immortality
If all the above are true for you, there can be no rational, justifiable reason to sustain such a brutally meaningless existence - to willfully continue living such a life of well-defined pessimism is the ultimate hypocrisy
- All 6 points outlined above necessitate the irrefutable, philosophical outcome of atheism

You are really really good at appearing 'duktig' by performing all your autism research. You really really suck at not diagnosing early and having help and assistance available to young as well as old diagnosed with high functioning autism.
Shame on you Sweden.
Well said!
Stop acting like vultures in the name of your religious and political convictions...
I don't condone taking one's own life, but to call the boy selfish because he caused suffering to his family is being narrow-minded in the extreme.
Please research about Asperger's, then try to put yourselves in the same shoes before judging his actions. It's a tragedy.
Poor guy sounded to have lots of people skills..but since this country has useless fear of the unkown such occasion happen, people just are afraid to make friends..
there is TOOOOO much a sense of what is ettiquet and what is wrong and right or lets say kul eller not kul..Non of those idiots who knew he will commit suicide informed the police...by standers apathy..Very sad a young boy died this way..
and hospitals are very good at labeling people with Autism and God knows what else they have to label people.. how about those immigrants who lived under war pain abuse, torture and suffering why do they love life and overcome those labels you think they didnt suffer psychological pain..they did but they learned to cope with it...
SWEDISH PEOPLE SHOULD LEARN HOW TO KEEP FRIENDS..and make new ones...
Im surprised if a women complains to Fkassan that her son is eating at her home :-) what you expect a friend inviting his friend over a coffee HAHAHA what a world
May his soul rest in peace and may his beloved overcome this tragedy!
I don't view suicide as a crime, I see it as a mistake. A mistake you can never undo.
Since he chose to broadcast this on the internet, I think it was a call for help. Maybe deep inside he wanted someone to call the emergency number.
But alas, no one did. Instead they just sat there watching this ultimate reality show!
If I were to _really_ kill myself, I would hide my plans and not tell anyone.
We cannot undo what he did, but the best thing we can actually do is to learn a lesson from this story and do our best so it would never happen again.
I think you should all keep your negative opinions to yourself and only bring kind words and thoughts about this young man. His mother or brother or aunt or uncle or cousin or friend maybe reading your cruel words.......
Facts: he was not stupid , he knew his problem (poor social skills) he could be successful person and had a sweet life , he liked his family not a misanthropist, he never mentioned anything about being faithless or not believing in anything or being nihilist.
It is disgusting to see populace comment without any responsibility and without even seeing the facts trying to paint the word in the color they want... But be realistic, based on the facts, I can say He needed support and help from the society as Emenemz pointed out. Maybe with a short treatment by a psychologist he could live..
But why I am so depressed... besides this loss, I guess those who watch his death and probably enjoy it to the last moment... those are the ones to blame and I hope they never enjoy their lives afterwords as they are the main murderers...
I think we should just state our condolenses to the family of this poor guy...
Let's ALL simply refrain from passing judments on the victim, yes, I think he was a victim.
"[..] most young adults with Asperger Syndrome remain at home, although some do marry and work independently. The "different-ness" adolescents experience can be traumatic. Anxiety may stem from preoccupation over possible violations of routines and rituals, from being placed in a situation without a clear schedule or expectations, or from concern with failing in social encounters; the resulting stress may manifest as inattention, withdrawal, reliance on obsessions, hyperactivity, or aggressive or oppositional behavior. Depression is often the result of chronic frustration from repeated failure to engage others socially, and mood disorders requiring treatment may develop. Clinical experience suggests the rate of suicide may be higher among those with AS [..]"
This proves that he most likely didn't even realize what broadcasting his suicide meant to the rest of the world, I agree with "Mr. Keeper" that those to blame are the viewers and the readers of his blog, as a matter of fact, anyone who knew about his repeatedly stated intentions. I really think the police should investigate the IP adresses and if it is not possible to punish them by law at least make their names public so everyone would know what despicable persons they are.
Secondly, i want to support the motion that this young man was a victim - a victim of this large society called 'Sweden'; a victim of the monster called the 'internet'. For God's sake what will it cost to pick your phone and dial 112 before things got out of hand? What is so interesting about watching a young potentially sucessful young man take his own life? What is wrong with this society?
I have lived in Sweden for almost 4 years now and i have tried everything to make friends. Its plain impossible! They are too scared of their own shadow! I'm still trying and they run through my hands like water! I come from a very sunny country and most people are as happy as puppies playing in the garden on a sunny day.
Advice:
1. Travel out of Sweden as often as you can. Sunny countries should be your destination. Experience life outside this 'robotic' society.
2. Make friends!!! Smile to people! Say 'hej hej' to strangers! (you could save a life!)
3. Talk about your problems to professionals/family/trusted friend. A problem shared is half-solved.
4. Good nutrition keeps your body and soul together. Stop dieting. You look good already. You'll only get krankier by the day. Grap a bar of dark chocolate once in a while and eat it s-l-o-w-l-y! Enjoy the good things life has to offer.
I want to be a friend to somebody out there. It doesn't matter who you are. Whatever sickness you have is only physical. Hold on tight to life. There is so much to live for!! Please!!
Life is BEAUTIFUL.
To the neurological or normal person, life is a breeze. They always look forward for their happiness, boy/girlfriend, whatever they aim to do, they most probably can achieve.
But for the aspie, life is not so rosy. They feel so secluded, so isolated, and certain things they aim to do, they feel they may not be able to achieve (even if their education is very good). Because, aspie's abilities and thoughts are just so different from the norm.
He may feel that it's useless to try anymore to socialize which he had tried and failed. Yes, he has taken his life too early, too soon, but he maybe feeling, well, life will never give him full meaning of happiness and pleasure which almost everyone finds so easy to achieve.
Reason I talk this way is because I'm an aspie too, so it may be most possible this are his reasons too.
