Not only that, how much could they find out after SEVEN YEARS have elapsed?
If there was a question about the medical treatment she received, shouldn't an inquiry been done sooner? Too much time has elapsed now to find anything of value.
Waste of time, money and resources.
- last month the hospital wrote to the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) and requested a review
- the Board has now considered the request and agree to review the care - and will inviting an international tema of trauma care experts to participate

Anna Lindh was due to meet the Prime Minister Djindjic in Belgrade on March,12 2003 but he was assassinated moments before the meeting was to begin at the door of the Serbian government building. An assassin was a high rank police officer.The Prime Minister and his bodyguard were seriously wounded. Bodyguard was transported to the hospital first. Prime ministar Zoran Djindjic arrived to the hospital 10 minutes later accompanied by an advisor to the Prime Minister for Security Zoran Janjusevic. General surgeon and Chief Executive Officer Djordje Bajec, at that time candidate for the health minister, decided that the priority for surgical treatment has a bodyguard, not the Prime Minister. He explained that no one recognized the prime Minister because no one looked at him. The Prime Minister was dead.
Right. She represented the party of we-are-holier-than-thou equality. So why should her case have received special treatment--then or now?
