It's very strange that one court in the EU , in this case a Danish court says there is case to answer abut a Swedish wants to send the guy to a certain death without any proof being presented... How many times can one be charged with the same crime, in the EU the are 27 member countries can one be forced to defend ones self 27 times?? Sweden complained when Prague sent a Swedish citizen to the USA even though in sweden there wqas a ruling not to extradite him, is there no EU law,
