Now how much was it really. I mean there is a 50% difference, could mean a lot to the guy
3 sek before taxes - 33% taxes = 2 sek after taxes.
The whole story is weird. The guys should have been able to calculate how much he will earn on commissions, and when you see he spent half of his sales in petrol, you can't expect much profit.
I wonder the fixed salary can be as low as 2 kronor. It's a scam to use marketing skills and time plus money to employees.
I would suggest the employee(Rickard Dunker) should hire employer for 10kronor.....see you pay better than u get :D LOL
Before passing judgment on the man or the company, I would need to know what exactly the company asked him to sell, at what price, to whom, and how much revenue a successful salesman for the company generates.
Maybe that is a job
I hope that the guy finds a new job that is not sales related and does gurantee a regular income. As for EasyCare, I fear that having your name on several websites exposing this is not going to be the best outcome for them.
TO Smith:If a person argues with an educated person he wins the arguement and if argues with an illiterate he looses.
Because he can prove his points to the educated one but an illiterate is 1000 times tougher for him to understand so he cannot get the point no matter what. So which one are you?
an example is my girlfriends brother who just started attending university and receives 2,700SEK a month from CSN that is not required to be paid back. He lives at home with parents and has NO intentions of looking for a job in the near future. 2,700SEK a month is enough for a monthly bus card and food/beer. At the tax payers mercy of coarse. And he is not the only one. In fact every college student i have met here so far is involved in this scam. and it IS a scam. People are taught from birth to use these systems and never question them.
For the record in the US i held a job like this man. For Lasership i was an independent contractor like him delivering packages. I too would get checks similar to this if i did not keep track of my mileage and gas. but i also wouldn't rive 100 miles for a package that paid $10. He should have calculated his voyage to pay differences better. Instead he makes a classic NOOB sales mistake and now wants the world to feel sorry for him.
