An outsider coming in to join you fight your brother in the house is no friend to the family...
Because all this BS is to prove how neutral Sweden has been and how important the country is to NATO, which cannot count anymore with Zarkozy, Merkel, Berlusconi, Obama and the likes. Only supermonkey Reinfeldt can continue the so called protection óf civils in Libya. Only Sweden will continue bombing Gaddafi's palace to see if it can kill another member of his family; only Sweden, the allmighty Sweden can conquer the Arab world with his Jas-Gripen planes that have become so obsolete that almost no body wants them.
"It will be much easier to us to reach an agreement now that it is clear that NATO will not just ask for eight Gripen fighter planes, but also for things we have pointed out, such as arms embargoes, naval operations and the boarding of larger vessels.”
“The party has also made it clear that it wants to see a commitment of humanitarian aid for Libya once the Qaddafi regime has been removed from power.” And even before he is removed from power.
So the Social Democrats do not want to subtract from the sum total of what Sweden has already committed to NATO operations in Libya. On the contrary they want to ADD more contributions to making the operations more effective. And also to add what we all ( human beings) want to see : a greater “commitment of humanitarian aid for Libya once the Qaddafi regime has been removed from power.”
What more could anyone want? Would consternation's Mona like to add any belittling tittle-tattle to all of the above ?
I should just like to add in this fairly anti-Social Democrat chit-chat website, that I'm beginning to warm to Håkan Jewholt for saying that he believes in the truth-worthiness of His Majesty the King of Sweden. “ It's word against word and I believe in the head of state”, he said. It takes a true gentleman to say that. Those who are of a contrary, dishonourable opinion are in my humble opinion, nothing but scoundrels and ingrates of the lowest caste, kith and kin and potential liars themselves; for argument's sake, not the sort of people who may be still waging an international “class war” but those who do not believe in God, King and good old country traditions and should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.

Tell nato to go ask their powerfull allies like albania and latvia -_-x.
To be honest. We all European countries are slaves of America .
On the Humane Swedish humanitarian side, the good news as reported in today's Dagens Nyheter ( Google translation)
"More Swedish aid to Libya
SIDA gives another 55 million in humanitarian aid to Libya. SEK 25 million goes to the UN appeal date and another 30 million goes to the International Red Cross in Libya.
Thus, the total Swedish humanitarian aid to Libya this year, 129 million.
The new 55 million goes through various organizations for the protection of, and other assistance to, Libyans and other nationalities in Libya and its border areas."
Yes why aren't more of the actual NATO countries involved? Do they only want to have the feeling of protection of other NATO countries but aren't willing to contribute with anything themselves? Cowardice, I say!
And what are they giving?

"I'm thinking a couple Squadron's of Yankee Air Pirates, would have finished this by now."
Actually I'm thinking Norway would have finished it! They have contributed impressively much especially considering the size of the country. But the Yankees wants to take the credits as they usually do - what else is new? ;)
