Are liberal values completely dead in this odious country ?
Wonder how many would choose to come back - my guess is 99,99999 %
Many, many politicians on the left consider democracy a useful train to ride to their desired destination, but then to be discarded to ensure their hold on power.
With "elected" leaders like this showing them the way, it's hardly surprising young Swedes don't understand what's required of them as citizens of a democracy. Schools should offer a revised program of education about the democratic system, how much has been sacrificed (usually by other countries) to preserve it, and how to recognise those who threaten it.
The awful part is, thanks to political correctness, nobody is supposed to tell them the Semocratic way is better than their old country. In fact any attempt to get them to fit into their new Democratic homes wil be described as racism and the Democracy is told to adopt to their way of doing things. This is in complete contrast to US immigrants who came through Ellis Island in the past who were bombarded with the desireability of adopting to their new home as soon as they got off the boat.
This is not good for the new country or the immigrant.
this is so hilarious.....
Among those who want people to be controlled there are the tyrants and the sheep.
Who wants to get shorn?
Otherwise it is not only misleading but also bad journalism.
"At the rate things are going in Sweden, we definitely need a dictator from the Right".
I thought Sweden was already being ruled by a dictatorship.
A dictator.
This survey confirms that a certain level of intelligence and education of the general public is essential for a functioning democracy (something that is not the case in most failed states). Also relevant for the debate on legal voting age.
For your info, it was when the Head of Press of Reinfeldt, Roberta Alenius, said "no more questions", when Vladimir Putin asked me again to do my question. Heja demokratiska Sverige! Ha, ha, ha, a thousand times.
Didn't think so... But I'd be willing to bet that 800,000 of the non-Scandnavians residing here in Sverige would welcome it.
Then it would be official, as opposed to the denials issued by the Swedish government, as if the Swedish don't choose wisely, some day in the not to distant future, they'll be praying hands and knees on a carpet.
I hear the weather in Cuba is just marvelous and everything is free.
Any idiot can faceroll on the keyboard and get history videos of the results of dictatorships , why would anyone want a dictator ?
these kids are just ignorant then.
Today, they can visit so many dictatorships in Africa, Asia, South America, the world is their oyester. Their actions will speak louder than their words. No doubt, their mummy or daddy won't allow them. what a farce!
@MarshaLynn, I just finished watching a documentary about people that escaped from North Korea. Seems like once people that have actually lived under a dictator get a taste of freedom they hold the opposite view of these young Swedes. Weird
I am an American 2X removed from Sweden (my grandmother still spoke the language). I was hoping that Sweden would become quaint again so that I would have a refuge. Not so much now.

Change the religion by media, the kings by bankers-big money players and you have it.
Dictatorship it is only a problem if the big-capital says that they are a problem. Gadafi was a good friend of many countries not so long ago, and his regime was not questioned. Saudi Arabia and Qatar are not a problem.
