it is true the union here in sweden is very very unprofessional and most of the time they do not know what they are doing, i had the hotel restaurant union HRF THEY said to me they will open case against my employer, and my employer is not doing right, so they send him a latter and asked the money and Hrf said to me that they have a salary agreement with my employer, and during the negotiation we found out there is no agreement betwen them for minimum wages,HRF even can not count the hours what i worked, during the meeting with my employer hrf representative set and talk about night clubs and hrf man working as security guard. and i asked them
to send my case to central negotiations, and then they gave me
a Arab origin man who will represent me in my case. and my employer is also form Iraq , during the meeting they sit and
talk in Arabic language, after the meeting Hrf ombudsman told me that he can not do much, because if they have to take the case further it cost money to Hrf, and he is threatening me that they will close the case and will not represent me any more. this is sweden labour unions, people working for them thy do not know what they doing, they give you wrong advise and they will miss represent you and the end you will lose the job. so my advise to all Hrf members to do not involve Hrf in your salary negotiation or any other matter, i promise you they will let you down it is batter to be not a member of HRF . HOTEL RESTURANT FACKET IS USELESS AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING,and they will make sure you will lose your job so please talk to your employer directly
either your salary could be raised up, or no raise
or getting fired?
i was fired when i asked for vocation for 1 month, then ways to fire me never stop until today.
The media should disregard "oponion polls" ordered by parties with a clear agenda conducted on a tiny and carefully selected portion of people.
as for HRF they don't seem to have changed much in 30 years - useless. I'm totally puzzled how reps would speak ANY other language than Swedish since it is the official language of the country, let alone arabic (or maybe it's the official one these days)
