SD big wig assaults a bus driver, breaks his rib and calls him a racially derogatory name. Party leader isn't all that concerned and thinks Mr. SD will get off. Is the fix in already? Has every appearance of the Third Reich.

I'm not surprised. These nazi scum are all the same. Anyone who tries to portray the SD as just another mainstream political party is dead wrong. These people are motivated by one thing only and that is hate: hatred for anyone who doesn't fit in with their fascist vision of an ethnically homogeneous Sweden. If they don't get stopped now through any means necessary they will only gain more and more influence within Swedish politics like we have seen next door in Denmark.

It's fascist to want to cleanse a country of everyone who was born abroad or who has foreign parents or relatives in such an interconnected world. Obviously in the past people didn't travel as much and the population was understandably more homogeneous but it would be a mistake to think that there aren't numerous foreign influences which have shaped and enriched Swedish culture over hundreds and even thousands of years.

Why no info on what the bus driver said/did? Only the usual slander on SD

Why is it that SD are almost blamed for everything that has to do with racism? What is the nationality of the witness? Of the driver? Swedish? Oh yes. No doubts about this.

As for the broken rib thing, I believe doctors can tell if a fractured rib is an old or a fresh injury. It would be an amazing coincidence if he just happened to crack his rib earlier that day, and then just happened to get pushed by a bus passenger, and it just happened that passenger was an SD member. I don't want to pass judgement, but I find it interesting how often SD members find themselves in this situations. I highly doubt the bus driver had any idea who he was and decided to hassle him.

How is this even news? Do you know how many of these incidents that take place any given month?

The only reason this made the news is that it`s an opportunity for the media to slam SD. What does the mans political affiliation have to do with the case? Nothing, but they sure make an effort to make it known.

The bus has a camera and it will show that no crime has taken place. There has actually already been an investigation but it was dropped. It has now reopend because the busdriver is considerd a civil servant.

Are you all really that stupid to belive that the bus driver kindly asked the old man if he had payed and then the next second, without any reason, the man hit the bus driver hard enough to brake his ribs?

My point is that there is more to this story than what is being reported. It has such a spin on it that it`s ridiculous. And the fact that it`s even is being reported is laughable. Regarding the witness I would like to know what he really saw and heard.

Well, if the victims version of events is absolutely true this politician should face jailtime, in my opinion.

Some things that remain unclear after reading the article is, what was meant by "provoked". And what was the driver doing in the aile to begin with? And what was wrong with the ticket?

Anyway, even if the driver was terribly unfair and motivated by racism or somesuch, he is still captain of his bus, king of his domain, in my opinion. You do not push the driver out of the way and enter the bus without his expressed will. If the politician felt discriminated or provoked he should have simply left the bus. And followed it up if he felt like doing his civic duty. So no matter what happened, his behaviour is unacceptable, to me at least.

One SD guy gets into a fight and every conservative in Europe is an evil racist.

But when immigrants fill the jails, firebomb the police, and rape for sport we should never generalize.
