of ALL touristic destinations that could be safer than Egypt you propose Israel?
haha, I just found it funny! No offence! :)
With all the political turmoil and unrest going on, who in their right mind would travel to Egypt now? The worst of it may be over, but it will take some time for everything to stabilize and become safe again.
It's always been a dream of mine to see Egypt, but I'm going to give it a few years.

I´ve been in Israel during the Intinfada and I REALLY FELT ME SAFE...I waked in Tel Aviv in the midle of the night and I didn´t see any problem. There, I avoid ONLY full restaurant and bus.
Egypt is generally unclean and unsafe although its people are often nice enough.

I feel safer in Israel than I do in London, that's for sure. you should try Israel and then perhaps instead of signing yourself as ??????. you will be more positive !!!!!!!!
At least you can eat, drink etc without worrying about rats, salmonella, delhi belly, tap water is safe to drink etc. What sort of food do you like? I guarantee you wull find it in Tel aviv at least.
