Also if these are asylum seekers, how does this happen... "There isn't any country in the world that would accept a person without being certain that he or she is a citizen of that country,". So how do they get asylum unless they say where they are in danger at?
There is apparently. Sweden.
Therefore, obviously many employers rely on them and depend on them, and their work is satisfactory. May be even it is not advisable to pour them out of the market and making the market gets shocked of shortage of workers, they work hard and they have low expectations.
The best way may be, is to let them stay so they can more actively be creative in addition, many organizations get rid of unattainable, not recommended obligations.

Matona1, do you think it is particularly "respectful of the human beings" native to Sweden to burden them, their tax dollars, the fabric of their society, etc. with tens of thousands of unskilled refugees who don't even know the language? Please answer honestly.
It's not Sweden's remotely responsibility to take care of all of the world's downtrodden.
Promised by who? The Swedish population? The Swedish government?
Perhaps if new arrivals were less intent on recreating their home countries (dysfunction included) in Sweden they might be more welcome.
But arriving in someone else's house with a lot of demands is not a path of success.
Sweden is a country that's been flooded for quite some time now. Naive and soft-hearted politicians have made it so native Swedes now have to keep themselves from drowning. Sad but true.
