Police close entrance to Malmö hospital

Police in Malmö have taken the unusual decision to cordon off the entrance to the accident and emergency department at the Skåne University Hospital following the latest in a rising number of fatal shooting incidents.

In a bid to tighten up security arrangements at the hospital, the main way in will be closed off for only the second time in living memory, as early as next week, according to reports in Dagens Nyheter.
Monday saw the latest in a spate of murders that has caused panic throughout the city. Police immediately cordoned off the crime scene where the incident took place, but also decided to stop anyone getting into the A&E building.
As a crowd of some 60 people began to gather outside the entrance, the police were forced to push them back in a bid to secure those inside.
"The staff felt threatened by the large quantity of people trying to push in," said Mats Hansson of the Malmö health care union to DN.
The authorities claimed that it was necessary to close the entrance to reduce the risk of criminal gangs who are involved in the ongoing escalation of violence in Skåne getting inside and causing even more trouble.
Security at the hospital in both the previous and current location has gradually been ramped up since the mid 90s, following the fatal shooting of a patient by a policeman.
After that incident, staff were equipped with voluntary panic alarms, although new measures have since come into force making it compulsory to carry them at all times.
In addition, staff have received training in self-defence and how to deal with threatening situations, while extra security guards and surveillance cameras have also been installed at the hospital.

Most inner city trauma hospitals in the USA have a large continuous police presence on site.
Sweden, because of its social heritage and relative isolation from the uglier side of humanity, has always been a peaceful and serene country. No longer. Malmo, welcome the real world!
Cording it off is a good start. Cord off the whole city and put every Muslim on a boat home.
The longer you wait, the harder it will be. Civil war will erupt, and the Swedes will loose if they wait much longer.
He did not just try to solve murders but went after the small things that breed crime such as litter/garbage, graffiti, etc. Small crimes breed worse crimes and murders.
Trash now lies everywhere in Malmo. Graffiti is everywhere, The youth lives among this disorder; this breeds crime.
I don't think that Swedes will ultimately let their country 'go'.
There are enough Swedes and lovers of all things Swedish to fight for what we have.
It is sad that one has to use language like that in the 21st century about a cointry as reknowned as Sweden.
I have to disagree.
Sweden has had a liberal immigration policy since WWII. The first phase of immigrants were from the poorer countries of Europe, Turkey and Southeast Asia. They were "economic" immigrants in search of a better life. These immigrants had every incentive to learn Swedish and integrate into Swedish society. The Swedish government gave them the opportunity to improve their economic standing, but nothing more. By the way, these Muslim and Christian immigrants were good citizens. They worked. They paid their taxes. They participated in society.
The newest wave of immigrants is entirely different. They are "political" immigrants who are portrayed as "victims" of violent dictators. The Swedish government, in an entirely bizarre twist, acts as if Sweden "owes" these immigrants housing, health care, food and education. The new immigrants are a new "entitled" class. No demands are made of them. There are no expectations of good citizenship. The core of western civilization, THE SOCIAL CONTRACT between government and citizen, has been thrown away by the Swedish government in a fit of extreme liberalism.
For me, the situation is quite simple. The Swedish government has created a problem of monstrous proportions, and only the government can fix it. The government needs to recognize that the new immigrants are guests in Sweden. The Swedish people owe them NOTHING but the opportunity to become good citizens. The Swedish government needs to make it clear that they can stay if they participate constructively in Swedish society. If not, send them home.
The recently arrived 'religious' gentlemen are not going to let a few infidel Swedish policemen and a hospital stop them. Muhammad said "I have been made victorious with terror'. The 'religious' gentlemen of Malmo are following the example of their 'Prophet'. The Quran(8:55) tells them the infidlels (Swedes) are the vilest of creatures and 48::29 reminds them that ' the followers of Muhammad are hard against infidels and compassionate to each other'.

BTW - having a conversation with Muslims is like talking to the wall. They will not accept the truth about their religion and their so-called "Perfect Man" even when you show them their own religious writings in black and white. They say..."It's a bad translation," or "it's taken out of context" or "That Hadith is unauthentic, probably a forgery" or "You have to read it in the original Arabic."
Sadly, the only ones who are truthful about Islam are the "extremists" like Bin Laden. The "moderates" are either in denial or are deliberately trying to deceive us.
I suspect that the only Muslim you meet is at the end of your boot when you are out with your EDL scumbags.
