Is it only seen as sexist because he didn't use any boys names and those with gender issues feel left out? I don't see anything sexist about it, had he used boys names, i'm sure many more of the boys would have felt more uncomfortable and more complaints with
"Peter" meanwhile, "scratches, bites and likes to dominate" and "gets in the mood when you are aggressive".
If these comments are seen as sexist, then every book that describes men or women in a situation, or romantic novel is sexist and should be burnt.
The only thing wrong is he was using theseexpressions to 14yr old kids.
It has nothing to do with being "politically correct" and everything to do with misogyny.
So much for the myth of gender respect/equality. No wonder the glass ceiling and violence against women persist.
Have you heard, read or studied about the violence against men performed by women? Obviously not. Do some research. You can use Internet, that is, if you know how to use it.
