Police arrest three over slain Malmö teen

Three teenagers have been arrested in Malmö, in southern Sweden, under suspicion of the murder of 15-year-old Ardiwan Samir in the Rosengård district on New Year’s Eve.

“We are happy that the police have arrested them, but it isn’t going to bring Ardiwan back,” said his cousin Catrin Fadhul, to daily Aftonbladet, when she heard of the arrest.

According to the police, all the suspects are under 18 but over 15 years old. A warrant had been issued for their arrest a few days ago and they were brought in by police on Monday morning.

All three are under suspicion of murder or accessory to murder, according to a police statement.

Samir died shortly after arrival at the hospital after having sustained gunshot wounds to the head and chest while out enjoying the fireworks.

Despite a number of revellers being out and about at the time of the shooting, it was initially difficult for investigating officers to find witnesses willing to come forward to discuss the incident.

”We have interrogated a large number of people in this case. Motives have been investigated. We have now arrested three people and they have been taken to the police station at Davidshall,” said Bertil Isberg of the police during a police press conference on Monday.

The murder, the fourth to be committed in Malmö over the course of a month, was followed by two additional shootings in a wave of violent crime that hit the city.

There were also several demonstrations in Malmö against the growing violence in the area following the incidents, one of which was held in connection to the funeral of the dead 15-year-old.

Gangs are sufficiently well organized and knowledgeable about the so-called Swedish justice system to send out their junior members to carry out killings, since these will get trivial sentences and be back in the ranks of the gang soon (with honours).

The fact of the matter is that, based on the sophisticated nature of some criminals and their particular crimes and criminal networks, the justice system should have some leway to try some of these teenagers as adults, and put them to work in prison to offset the cost of incarcerating them.

Why not ring fence Malmo ?? Toss in drugs and guns and stir ?? Or give to SAAB to test "fire and forget" weapons ??

Sweden is crazy. Even those over eighteen automatically get a rebate on their sentence up to the age of 23, supposedly because they are not mature enough to understand what they have been up to. Yeah, right! At 18 you can vote, get a driver's license, become a soldier or a cop, study at a university, etc. etc., yet you cannot take full responsibility for your crimes. Beyond belief!

Well, i'm not sure it's to the point of fencing them in.

In Chicago, our total for Saturday night/Sunday morning was;

"Nine people were shot and two died of those wounds" per the trib.

Luckily we had thunderstorms as we hit 50 shot, 10 killed a few weekends ago.

Enjoy low crime while you got it.

Swedish law is designed for Sweds and use to work really well, the problem now is mass immigration, the law isn't designed for the incoming culture.

lol to Phil....Swedish law is designed for Sweds and use to work really well, the problem now is mass immigration, the law isn't designed for the incoming culture.

That's right, Sven Svenne in his stuga can go back to getting ratfaced on moonshine and beating up his wife and kids. Paedophilia and homophobia didn't exist of course, back in the good old days before mass immigration...not. Nor murder, bank robbery, car theft, drug crimes, etc etc. How many Swedes drink and drive or fiddle their taxes and never get prosecuted?.

And let's have a look at the top ten list of notorious mass murderers, rapists and serial killers in Sweden and see how many mass immigrants there are.

Mattias Flink - worse mass murderer in Swedish history

John Ausonius - the original laserman

Helge Fossmö - psycho priest

Tomas Quick - serial killer

Anders Eklund - serial killer

Jackie Arklöv - Balkan mercenary and police killer (adopted to Sweden as a 3-year-old)

Niklas Lindgren - Hagamannen, second worse serial rapist in Swedish history

Hampus Hellekant - neo-Nazi murderer

Peter Mangs - the Malmö laserman

Niklas Eliasson - the worst mass rapist in Swedish history

Surprise, surprise, not a single mass immigrant among them!...although on the upside, at least they're all incarcerated.
