Think you know Stockholm? Check out The Local's list of five things you should know about the Swedish capital.
Referred to by some as The Venice of the North, and known to others as just another Nordic city with blonde meatball eaters, Stockholm is a city that conjures up both fantasies and nightmares, depending on where you sit.
Be that as it may, The Local has put together a list of 5 simple things about Stockholm that everyone needs to know.
Note: this list might not sit well with readers from Gothenburg. Or Oslo. Or Copenhagen...

You know a country true value when it needs to make references to other places outside of Sweden to sell it.
If we look at it from the other way in reference for the swedish town names being used outside of Sweden. All I can come up with is "Stockholm Syndrome" .... Not the most positive reference is it. LOL
As for #1, it's blatantly wrong. People in Stockholm don't hate people in Gothenburg, we just don't care about them. It's a common psychological phenomenon that in every family, whatever, situation Nr 1 ignores Nr 2, who is very envious of Nr 1 whereas Nr 3 does his own race.
