I think the title is appropriate as the article clearly states that some photographs taken near the scene of the crime might include the prime suspect.
Perpetrators claims to be the real victims: "bohoo, it's my parents' fault cause once in my childhood I got spanked at my bottom."
So the judge goes: "Oh poor thing, no wonder you did commit murder! But you've been a bad person so I have to lock you in for a couple of months."
Perpetrator: "No please you cannot do that cause during the act of murder I became insane and afterwards miraculously went sane again."
Judge: "Oh. In that case you'll have two to three weeks of recreation with free food and a cosy bed to sleep in. Come now, all will be well."
