Obviously you are a man or you would know that gynecological exams are not pleasurable for the patient but quite uncomfortable and even sometimes painful. The gynecologist's touch should be impersonal as it is meant to examine the patient's parts, not elicit a sexual response. The most sensitive part of the female anatomy rarely has medical problems and seldom do medical examinations legitimately involve touching the clitoris at all. Accidental touches can happen, but actions like stroking or caressing (especially repeated stroking) are medically unnecessary and completely inappropriate. Imagine the difference between a regular handshake and one where the person's touch lingers and caresses your hand... focusing on the sensitive spot inside your wrist. If you do not have an intimate relationship with the person doing that to you, you would likely feel uncomfortable at best. Not having male parts myself, I'm not sure what else to compare it to, but I'm sure that if you had your male bits examined by a doctor, you would know the difference between an impersonal medical exam touch and a touch meant to elicit a sexual response.
The problem is they need to change the rules that require a female nurse available at the beginning, middle and end of the examinations to ensure no wrong doing towards the patient. It not only protects the patient but it protects the doctor as well.
