Rape of 7-year-old girl brought to court

A decade-old case of suspected rape and repeated sexual abuse of a seven year-old girl led to charges being pressed by Luleå district court on Friday.

The abuse reportedly began in the fall of 2002, when the girl was just seven years old, and the suspect had recently turned 15.

The crime occurred in Luleå, in the far north of Sweden.

Ten years after the abuse began, the suspect, today 24 years old, has now been charged with raping the girl, reported local newspapers.

According to prosecutor Anna Bergström, the suspect forced the girl to perform sexual acts by threatening that he was going to kill her mother if she would not comply.

The abuse then occurred repeatedly, from 2002 until 2004, according to the prosecution.

Through continued violence and threats he reportedly forced the girl to perform oral sex.

The crime has been classified as aggravated rape and aggravated sexual abuse.

According to local newspaper Norrländska Socialdemokraten (NSD), the stern classification is because of the girl’s youth and the suspect’s ruthless threats.

The suspect denies all charges.

Are you the BEST that US has to offer? I mean are you the handsomest and the smartest? You are indeed a unique pearl.

I take it that the only thing that suppresses your laughter is cutting off hands on the main square?

Hey, I saw a cute little video on the net the other day. A 10 y/o thief in Saudi Arabia is held down, while a pick-up truck slowly drives on his arm and breaks it. I am sure that the sound of the bone breaking would make you chuckle with approval. That showed the little bastard not to steal, eh? Good times.

hmmm if the suspect has committed the crime he should be punished strictly for such act.

But i am just wondering, how will the evidence be provided? ....

If the attacks ended in 2004 why did it take 8 years to charge this individual?

@ Uncle- How did we go from a comment from an American to some fake video?

The incident in the video was first blamed on Iran. I can assure you that Islamic law does not support such actions, so unless you are claiming that Saudi Arabia does not have Islamic law, you cannot believe the video was made there.

"The Legal Penalty for Stealing

Answered by Shaykh Muhammad ibn Adam al-Kawthari

Excerpt,

"Conditions for the penalty of theft:

The following are the conditions which must be met in order to establish the penalty of theft:

1) The one who steals is sane

2) He has reached puberty

3) He steals equivalent to the amount (nisab) or more. The Nisab is one Dinar or ten Dirhams (i.e. 4.374 grams of gold)."

The penalty:

The penalty for the one who steals (when the above conditions are met) is that his/her right arm is amputated. If a person steals a second time, his left foot is amputated; if a third time, then he will be imprisoned until he repents, but no further amputation will take place. "

Another example of barbaric islamic insanity.
