See document in link for more. This has been public domain for nearly 2 years now. I see no reason in people posting who have not read these documents as much of the speculation about this case is based on misinformation.
Do you know he has not committed a criminal offense?
I don't know one way or the other.
I'll wait until all the information has come out, whether or not any charges will be laid, and if they are, until he has had his day in court.
In light of the fact that none of us know all the information on this, do you have the audacity to declare him innocent?
