Teen 'partially confesses' to raping five kids

A 19-year-old man has been detained for the suspected rape of at least five children between the ages of five and seven in central Sweden, crimes the man has partially confessed to, prosectors revealed on Tuesday.

“The case concerns both boys and girls and right now revolves around five children, but this may change. Right now, the investigation is in a delicate phase,” prosecutor Marcus Nyman told the local Nya Wermlands-Tidningen newspaper.

The 19-year-old is a resident of Örebro, central Sweden, and Nyman has confirmed that the suspected rapes occurred in both Örebro and Kristinehamn, some 70 kilometres to the east.

However, he refused to elaborate on how he came into contact with the alleged victims.

The 19-year-old suspect was detained by police last Wednesday and on Friday was remanded in custody on suspicion of child rape.

The crimes allegedly took place over the past two and a half years, and the incidents mark the first time the 19-year-old has been suspected of criminal activities.

However, the suspect does not deny the accusations

“The man has confessed partially to the crimes,” Nyman said.

Örebro...famous city for perverts in Sweden.

How many rape and child abuse cases will we hear happening in Örebro?

He will get no more than 8 months in jail.

However, he refused to elaborate on how he came into contact with the alleged victims.

He most likely worked at a daycare and the administration at the daycare probably new of the abuses and decided to keep it quiet. Typical Swedish way of dealing with situations like this.

@Rishonim

Where do you get that information? It seems as if it`s only in your head. And you keep spining it until you get the chance to bash Sweden and Swedes. You seriously need to rethink what it is you write or you will look dumb.

Hopefully this man gets a harsh punishment for going after the most vulnerable in society.

What's going on in Örebro?? old man trying to rape a woman that was a man, young boys raping kids.. a while ago rapimgs in every corner.. old ladies being beaten to death..

Is Örebro a sexualy frustrated town?? Are the local politicians with their heads in their bbu like oshtrish ignoring the town messages?

@Migga, a relative 2 year old daughter was molested last year at her dagis in Djursholm and they school directors and police advised her parent not to make a fuss about it as it will create an uncomfortable air amongst the other parent and kids... The school fired him but I heard he is currently working at another daycare. This is how Swedes deal with these issues. it is all about saving face and protecting the identity of the perpetrator.

Suspected pedofils are shuffled from one school or school district to the next. Because we would not want to challenge a union member or make the other parents uncomfortable. The union itself, helps to resolve the "problem" and they are tasked with protecting the teacher, not the kids.
