A 32-year-old man from southern Sweden suspected of kidnapping a teenage girl he met online was released on Wednesday after two weeks in custody when it emerged the girl had willingly participated in the stunt.

participating in kidnapping stunt, IN MY OPINION, should be only to pretend to the world that you are being kidnapped. Not that in private you need to act the same :P its not a game in the bed :P

The police and prosecutors investigated and found she was a willing participant. Foolish probably, but not illegal.
If you don't like that, then change the consent laws. But I suggest that's a bad idea. 16 is a reasonable age of consent. And I say this as the father of a 16 year old girl.
