One thing is for certain by the time the so called "therapist" has finished messing with their heads the whole family will be "traumatised"
yeah you read in the news he just walk up and play, fine how do they know?, anyone but the kid was there..
So ok it might be a lot of drama for not much, and maybe it went completely ok for the kid, but for now you dont know.
And they are going to investigate to see if anyone should be held accountable ?
Well it was someones mistake ! The point isn't really that the kid suffered no ill effects, it's that he was left alone in the building for several hours. This is not an adult this is a pre-school child. What if he had drunk bleach or set the place alight ? Would the authorities perhaps be looking a little harder to see if it was maybe someones mistake. I do not advocate a blame culture and I do believe people make honest mistakes, but someone carries the can even if it just means better systems put in place to ensure this is not repeated.
I imagine a kid who wakes up and see no one around screaming and banging on the door. They only start playing after they have cried out their lungs and worn themselves out. Even the bravest of kids will panic.
sais it all ready, really pissed off with this Swedish attitude,no responsibility, no accountability..
and the answer is Yes, someone should ALWAYS be accountable when something like this happens to prevent future situations like this happening happing. Instead of trying to wiggle out of it, make the people have some fear for their jobs so they actually do it correct.
Blaming the parents for dropping off a child late is NO EXCUSE for not counting correctly the first time.
