Why didn't Sweden care about topless Kate pics?

Despite an ongoing royal uproar, a Swedish magazine on Wednesday decided to publish topless pictures of Prince William's wife Catherine. Was the decision right? And why didn't Swedes seem to react?

Ever since the pictures were first published last week by a French magazine, the British royals have made no secret of their anger, going so far as to seeking criminal charges in France.
However, the reaction in Sweden paled in comparison to the stir caused in other countries where the pictures were published.
Why?
Should the Swedish magazine and others have opted to publish the topless pictures? And what is it about Sweden that prompted such a non-reaction?
What would the reaction been in Sweden had the pictures had featured a half-naked Crown Princess Victoria or her sister, Princess Madeleiene?

Kate was in her private life, no one had right to capture her pics, and if TheLocal.se would have posted in their website. I would have been the first to delete my profile.

Swedes figured out a long time ago that there's nothing special about boobs.
So it's about as interesting as Kate in a swimsuit.
Which isn't very interesting. So who cares?
I bet that none of the female editors would like to be portrayed in the same way. (Although seeing them I doubt sales figures would go up) It is an absolute intrusion into privacy, but then papparazzi - whether male or female - care not one iota, they would hide in the loo if they thought they could get a picture from there up someone's skirt. The lowest of the low, and the so-called magazines are only interested in money, money, money. Rubbish, the whole lot, and catering only for the morbidity of some 'readers'.

why should she be more protected than anyone else? if she did not want to be famous and targeted by such paparazzi's she could have married another guy....
but if they want to be free from such attention, all they have to do is give away their useless positions and the vast sums of money that are waisted on them... it's not like the royals govern a country!
they are nothing more than celebrities, and never really did anything to become famous apart from being born...

Being naked or nude is nothing special in sweden. take a trip to the swiming pool or the beach in summer.
When did it become a crime for a working class to work hard to become millionaire. the cheap tat is making millions for the family. Please tell us what you family has ever achieved. The girls were just like any other girl doing foolish things that university girls do. was harry also seeking attention by being naked. Please dont be jealous of those girls. if her boobs is of a major concern to you, by all means please yourself. we have other things to do by justifying looking at teets. jealousy is a disease.
The only thing of any interest with this story is the invasion of privacy. You do not go taking pictures of people on their private holiday nor do you publish them without their consent. For that, the photographer and magazines that pubished the pictures should be punished.
So does mine (having boobs that is).
privacy is not an issue when you can not even say "pardon-me" when you run into some one or when everyone thinks they have the "right-of-way"....who goes first...we all do!
Mind you they could have taken the Carla Bruni approach, get the photos done yourself and then sell them. Indeed I wonder if.....
That is exactly why I wrote in the way I did (#17). I wonder if most Swedes can even name the British queen? WHY should a Swede care about the royalties of Britain? Very many of us don't even care about the royalties of our own.
They are just ordinary public figures (with regular human boobs and otherwise)

So why didn't woman#1 get on the phone to woman #48 and sort it out?
