" I have recently become addicted to a website called Stockholms Källan. The site is an amazing treasure trove of historical images of Stockholm. You can search by names or locations to find old photos and documents relating to whatever you’re interested in. This image is from a 1960’s short film called “Ditt Stockholm” (“Your Stockholm”). Like the Assange affair, persecution of Jews in Malmö has been allowed to spin out of control and is exciting huge amounts of well-justified international criticism and extreme embarrasment to Sweden.
Enough is enough! Both affairs have been allowed to become international incidents and have the potential to do even more damage to Sweden than already done. Both affairs need to be quickly taken out of the hands of the people who have mismanaged them so far, (Assange's prosecutors, and mayor Reepalu), and taken over by competent people appointed by the government.
As for the Assange prosecutors and Mayor Reepalu - time to spend more time with your families I think.
Certainly Sweden's good name is being seriously damaged by both affairs.
For the Nazi mayor of Malmoe to condemn such an attack is laughable. He is not the solution, he is the problem, by not just allowing this behaviuor to happen, he has openly encouraged virulent hatred to fester and grow by his own statements.
Never mind Malmoe, London had another leftwing Nazi mayor in the shape of Livingstone.
I remember Malmoe as being such a beautiful city. Whatever happened?
Ken Livingstone was last mayor of London in 2008. He lost the election that year to Boris Johnson, and another in 2012.
He is certainly "left wing" (and proud of it), but I expect his lawyers might be interested in your rather public accusation that he is also a "Nazi".
However; it was the Muslims, Middle East and Palestinians, who have paid the most prices for all the crimes that Europe has done to Jews!
I just wonder what religion of peace is behind this attack?
Now that is a really hard question, I will have to think about that, not sure if I will come up with the answer LOL !!!!!
As Muslim I condemn these sort of robbery/attack on Jewish or other religious community,These sort of thief creates fitna among the humans .
If convicted Please put them in jail for at least 20 years.
the address of complains against Israel policy is the Israeli embassy in Sweden, certainly not a Jewish Rabbi or Jews who are Swedish citizens, living in Sweden and have nothing to do with the decision of my government.
But it is allways easy to take it with children, old people left without defense.
Israel must tell Sweden to protect the Jews who live in Malmo and if they are not able the mossad can do the job for them.
Pushing a Rabbi from bus, signing Svastica in the Jewish cemetary, shouting insulting words to Jews who go to pray on Saterday,,,,ecc
The Mayor of Malmo knows exactly what is going on in his city but do nothing.
the reason for that is well known.
"However; it was the Muslims, Middle East and Palestinians, who have paid the most prices for all the crimes that Europe has done to Jews! "
Oh, yeah... because the muslims appeared in JUDEA because they were invited... and under the turks the Jews were having amazing lives. And under muslims, palestinians are having SWEET life. And under muslims, muslims are having heaven of a life! (I don't even have the strength to eloquently explain the obvious stuff for an idiot)
So kattys argument states that if Israeli empire oppresses them 1,5 billion poor peaceful muslims, who otherwise would thrive in democratic and advanced countries, let's attack the SAME race people through burning Sinagogues and beating them on the streets, and call it a political statement rathen than a nazi behaviour! That would do it! And after that, call everyone else a racist... That would make them feel bad and blame the victims! What a winning formula.
You haven't learned to argue in a civilized way, have you?!
Are you trying to convince people with your argument by calling them an idiot!
I have my opinion and you have yours. Which one looks more civilized and convenient to you? I let readers judge about my comments without calling them idiot.
"It's amazing how the actions of '2 people' can be attributed to an entire religious group."
LOL@'2 people' AS IF. That aside we cannot forget the majority of the news media outlets tripping over each other with the multitudes of others throughout the world acting as apologists for the terrorists. These actions should not be attributed to Muslims as a whole but to Islamist militants. Islamist militants who are given sanctuary and allowed to train and freely operate in various countries.
I do not want Sweden to become an extended battleground for disputes that are elsewhere in this world. If each of us reacted in the same manner as has been demonstrated by the Islamist extremists every time one of our citizens from our original countries was beheaded or every time there was a terrorist bombing in our home countries, mosques & embassies of certain countries would be on fire throughout Europe every day of the week.
Take your battles, your hate and your insanity back home to the front lines. Stick to peaceful protest here in Sweden.
-Kristensen Berth, Danish People's Party 2011
You aren't the only one, Kristensen.
you are completly right and I understand how do you feel.
I tell you a true story, back to 1980 I was a medicine student in Ferrara Italy,in that city there were students from allover the world including Iran, one day the Iranian student started to fight among themselves because of political issues in Iran, it was in the University Mensa ,thet throw bottles ,stones, plates and broke the windows, all the other student flew out from the Mensa,in 4o minitues the

sorry for the interuption,
in 40 minutes the Italian police came, all the Iranian students who took part in the violance were put on a huge police wagen, brought to the airport and sent away on the same day to Iran, their names were put in a black list of the Italian police so they could not come back.
That sounds like a good resolution in that specific case in Italy. In recent times there have been incidents of a similar nature here in Sweden. It seems to me that there is a deliberate news blackout on these 'incidents'. I cannot say that the ones that I am aware of have come to a satisfactory result.

"Here are the culprits

It is my understanding that certain members of certain teams on the Swedish police force have been trained as "Dialog Police". This means that in confrontation with ad hoc and violent public demonstrations with prior approval some authorized Swedish police officers will be allowed to speak sternly with rioters and protestors.
Holy Crap intrepidfox, I did not realize that there were that many zealots down in Malmö who would take to the streets because some NumbNutz Coptic Christian upset with the rate of Christian persecution/slaughter in Egypt puts out a 3rd rate youtube video. I would like to note that there were no riots this week, no embassies burned and no injuries or killings reported due to the reinstatement of the 'Piss Christ' display in New York City. I know, I know, every one expected the Christians to take to the streets en-mass, riot, tear up the streets, burn buildings and cars but surprise, surprise, surprise this just did not happen.
What's Up With That?
These people know no tolerance or moderation. This is FREAKIN' SCARY. One NumbNutz somewhere in the world puts out a video that may or may not have portrayed their main prophet of their religion in a bad light and this is the reaction?
I am aghast after viewing that video intrepidfox. -Paul
We can all all thank heaven that it was only a minor explosion that hit the front door to the Jewish community centre, no blood, no loss of life. It could have been worse and then even after that heart to heart tête-à-tête with Madame Hannah Rosenthal Mayor Repaalu could be weeping but would be in more real trouble for having done too little, too late.
As the Mayor once famously said,in February 2010, "There haven't been any attacks on Jewish people, and if Jews from the city want to move to Israel that is not a matter for Malmö."
It's the persistence of such little incidents(one after the other)that could lead to the exodus of Jews from Malmöstan to the Promised Land which is also currently under threat of nuclear annihilation as a result of which it could be(God forbid)for the Jews of Malmö, nowhere to run to....

It turns out the the video film that does not exist (only a trailer) and which has been on Youtube since May is not the reason for the demonstrations nor for the attacks in Libya. The film is rather a pretext.
All the fuss about the video and Coptic who produced is meant to distract from the spectacular failure of Obama's Middle East policies. The poor sap has been thrown in jail to pander to Egypt.
You know skatty? There are trillion people that I do not agree with on this forum. They are not idiots in their majority, since they admit the obvious and they see the arguments AROUND the word "idiot" .
They argue with the reasons of their classification as idiots. There are OTHERS however whose only argument is that they are not idiots. MMM... find yourself somewhere in the group?
To claim that Israel was established BECAUSE of Holocaust and as a payment to the Jews for Holocaust, is the first sign of either idiocy, or brainwash. Jews were officially working on getting a land in that place for 60 years before the Holocaust. Hundreds of thousands lived there for 2 thousand years before the Holocaust. It is not an opinion, but a fact.
In addition, connecting Israel to the attacks on Jews all over the world in ANY context is a sign of either IDIOCY or RACISM. Which one are you closer to?
Because according to this logic, just a look at any muslim country would suggest a legitimate lynch of each and every islamic immigrant/convert in the west, with the explanation of the actions of their countries' governments.
If you support this plan of action, then you should say it. If not, then you clearly make an exception for Jews only and therefore closer to a racist than idiot. So dilemma is still standing.... Unless you find a better explanation for this exception.
The equation with Reepalu is a fair one I believe.
On a positive note, do you consider the idea that the Sweedish royal family might nominate a representative to visit the synagogue to show solidarity with the Jewish comunity and classify their inclusion within Swdish society a good one? I have no doubt that if the building had been a mosque, this action would already have happened.
"The film is rather a pretext."
Yes, with regards to the 2012 9/11 terrorist attack on the US embassy in Libya. However the demonstrations in Malmö were manufactured and linked to the youtube movie trailer much like the world wide demonstrations months after the publishing of the Danish Mohammed cartoons.
