Israeli PM's Iran bomb cartoon 'confusing': Bildt

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's cartoon-like drawing of a bomb that he held up at the United Nations General Assembly left pundits bewildered, Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt said Friday.

Netanyahu used a red marker diagram of a round bomb with a fizzing fuse, drawing a red line at the top of the bomb and saying the international community must put a limit on Tehran's uranium enrichment.
Bildt said the "trends (in the Middle East) were not positive, and if they're not broken by a different political development then we are headed for something that could be extraordinarily difficult."
He also referenced a speech made by US President Barack Obama two years ago in which he expressed hopes of there being an independent Palestinian state within a year.
"That has, to put it mildly, not happened," wrote Bildt.
Using his official Twitter account, Bildt late on Thursday referenced a meeting with Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad Malki in which the two discussed "possibilities of a peace process with Israel"
"Very difficult situation in the region," wrote Bildt.

To prevent Iran to be considered an icon of power in the region, the whole country should be occupied, which needs US army (it's just US, which has such military capacity) and probably international green light (however US can attack without any green light like what it has done in Iraq!), otherwise there will be an uncontrollable chaos in the Middle East, where everybody has some interest of getting control over it, west and east (China as well). Even though Israel has the wish of chaos and division in the region for its own interest, but the price would be too high for the rest of the world to trap in an uncontrollable chaos.
For Iran and Iranian as a nation it will be disaster as well, but I think Islamic republic will get more support from people if anybody attack the country, even though the regime is not as popular as before, as matter of fact the regime is not popular at all at present.
