Sweden Democrat hate speech probe dropped

The prosecutor’s office has closed the investigation into whether three disgraced Sweden Democrat politicians violated hate speech laws when they went on a much-publicized racist tirade in central Stockholm.

A video shows the three politicians gushing racist abuse at passers-by in central Stockholm.
Neither will they face any charges for picking up iron pipes in an apparent bid to protect themselves against a drunken man whom they had argued with earlier in the evening.
“There is no reason for us to assume they picked up the pipes in order to assault someone,” Åhlund told the TT news agency.

I can easily see a crime in shouting racist rants. Also conspiracy to inflict grievous bodily harm. Gang behaviour. Drunkenly disorder. There must be many more but i am no lawyer.
This proves if you are part of the tribe, the tribesman will let you go.
If there were insufficient witnesses to prove the facts of the case in court (and we can well imagine how that might have happened), the judge still had an opportunity to comment on that behaviour (in the likely case it was true).
What other motive might they have had for picking up the pipes? Somehow, these 3 don't strike me as the type who clean up after others to ensure no one else tripped in the dark.
And if 3 Somali lads had done the same? A different outcome I suspect.
Funny thing about the rule of law, justice must not only be done, it must be seen to be done.
I don't see anything like justice in this outcome. Not even close.
Let a court decide.
Those imaginary 3 Somali lads or even 3 random Swedish lads are not sitting in the Riksdag passing laws for Sweden!! Besides, even if they were jailed for a week or two, nobody would care about it
