Amazing how the climate change denying idiots get surprised every year when winter comes around!
As it happens, more snow is one of the predicted effects of global warming. Just a moments thought should make that obvious. The past summer for example was the greatest arctic ice melt on record. That's moisture in the air. Once the air cools ... you know ... winter and all ... that moisture is going to come down somewhere.
yesterday was a new record in victoria australia for the hottest day on record. +43.5C. the hottest month for australia are february.
I would be ( and am planning for ) at least a 4 year el nino period in australia. very hot and very dry.
meanwhile I am making the most of stockholm and enjoying beautiful walks in narnia like forests before having to deal with the australian skin melting temps and extreme pollution.
yet .. we have russian and usa govts that want to take advantage of the melting ice due to global warming, and explore OIL rich lands!
Its because of high co2 producers that the green countries like sweden suffer!
Try reading a book.
Climate change means hotter summers and more extreme weather events...
In case you didn't know... when it's winter here it's hot somewhere else. This fuels the system and creates stronger currents and precipitation that effect the rest of us.
with the latest climate report predicting catastrophic changes in line with worse case scenarios. Its unstoppable now so our children and grandchildren are screwed.
