We're so hell bent, in this day and age, on trying not to discriminate against minority groups that we are reduced to this. Those infected with HIV have a moral obligation (and should still have a legal one) to inform their partners. Why on earth not?
In any case, the whole Aids thing is always blown way out of proportion. The vast majority (maybe 80%) of HIV infections take place in Sub-saharan Africa. That is where the battle needs to be fought.
I think we might be there now.
