The owner of Gothenburg salad bar Wild'n Fresh has sold her business. Sofia Appelgren's lunch restaurant has been blockaded by the Hotel and Restaurant Union since December 5th.

Trade union staff have been picketing outside Briggen market hall in the Linnéstaden district ever since the blockade began.
"In recent times we have had two to four people on site," said Fransson.
The union now aims to sign a collective bargaining agreement with the new owner.
"We want a dialogue," said Fransson.
