I think that the hamburgers here are atrocious. In general I think that hamburgers in Sweden are quite bad and remind me of a meat flavored tofu patty. I find that most restaurants mix their hamburger meat with ground beef and ground pork which explains the rubber consistency.
There are two places in Stockholm where I have had a decent burger. Once at The Dubliner in Stockholm on St. Patrick’s Day when it was located at the Östermalm location. It has since moved to Hötorget so I cannot vouch for the quality at this point.
The second place I would like to keep a secret. I don’t want to have to wait for a table at my favorite burger place. Sorry everyone.
