We’ve been in Gothenburg for some hours now, we arrived 9.20 A.M this morning. The trip went perfect and I’m quite proud that we managed to get up at 4.30 A.M, eat breakfast, shower and get down to the taxi at 05.30 A.M. And I didn’t stress at all!
Right now we’re hanging out at our friend’s place in a suburb a half an hour from the central Gothenburg. I think we take the tram in a bit and go to the city for shopping and food!

Today was my last day at Amnesty for a while, as they will shut down Face2Face during most of December and January. Feels a bit weird that I from now on will have a ‘vacation’ and won’t have to get up at half past 7 each morning. I’ve been like a machine since high school and I never really took a break to re-load and enjoy my summer break.
So until January when I probably start at Amnesty again I’ll only relax and enjoy myself. Perhaps I’ll look out for some jobs, but I’m longing for vacation even more. I need to get away from Stockholm as well, that’s a demand which I will fulfill tomorrow when Joel and I are going to Gothenburg to visit a friend. I’m quite excited for this weekend and I plan to shop a lot (shoes, clothes, make up and Christmas presents) and just have a good time.
However, the fact that the train leaves from Stockholm at ten past six A.M is not so hilarious!
