In love.

Thursday, December 9th, 2010

Sometimes I feel that who I am is not transmitted through the blog and I think I have to struggle harder for that. I have never been interested of writing about everything I do, but my interests are rarely shown here. For instance, how often do I tell you about my passion and love for shoes? To be honest, I’m one of those who believe that shoes are an art form and that you never could have enough shoes. My mom and my boyfriend think that I have enough, but that doesn’t stop me from finding new beauties. Like these:

They are unfortunately quite expensive, 1960kr :/, but they are of real leather and fur, so almost a catch, maybe? Oh I want them so bad… Should I? Or is it stupid if I buy them? Grey or black?

Forever 21 to Birmingham

Friday, November 12th, 2010

Apparentely I’m in the right place at the right time for once! Today when I arrived to Birmingham Forever 21 had just openened in Birmingham. It seems to be the only one so far in the United Kingdom so I’m quite glad to be so close to Bullring for once. Oh gosh, it is so massive, at least three floors! And wasn’t  it perfect that my aunt wanted to go Christmas shopping (that’s another thing that I find amusing with the brits, Christmas starts so early here and they really can’t seem to wait haha :P ) tomorrow? Think I might do some Christmas shopping, to get it over with and buy some things for me as well. Like a jacket, party top and perhaps a pair of shoes…

My 19th birthday tomorrow!

Friday, September 4th, 2009

It’s my birthday tomorrow! I’m turning 19 and it doesn’t feel special at all, I haven’t even done a wishing list! But it will be great anyway, I’ll spend the evening with my friends with a dinner and then we’ll go clubbing. So excited! Last year’s birthday ended up in disaster so I hope this one will become better. And, sorry for bad updates – my internet was messing with me and then I became a bit sick so that I had to stay at home from work. :(

But I have said that I would like to have shoes as presents or money for shoes! I just looove shoes and I’ve seen so nice fall heels. Beautiful. sto-3
I would be pleased if I got a pair of shoes like these. :)

But now I have to run to work… Have a nice day!

Another pair of gladiator sandals

Friday, May 29th, 2009

Friday and it seems that it will be a wonderful day later on, feels good after the rainy weather yesterday. My gladiator sandals were like half a size too big so my sister bought them from me instead and the plan was that I should order new ones when we got home. But when I logged into Nelly.com I saw that the shoes were sold out in my size! By the way, I’m creating a new category called ‘All about SHOES’. It’s in my blood to love shoes! Haha… Anyway, I bought another pair of gladiator sandals but from H&M instead (yeah I know, could just go down to the nearest shop to buy a pair but it so much nicer to go to the post office to pick up a packet!). They will be perfect in Italy and Greece as well. Almost forgot! It was a real bargain as well, they only cost 198:-!

I’m in shoe heaven!

Tuesday, May 26th, 2009

The sun is shining here in Stockholm so hopefully it will be a gorgeous day today as well. This day there’s natural science, history and small business on my schedule. I can’t believe that three years almost are over. Feels so wierd. Speaking about graduation, yesterday I bought new shoes for the big day. They’re lovely but extremely high, 13 cm high heels! I’m 168 cm tall and my boyfriend is 178 cm tall so you can conclude that I will be taller than him… He has threatened to wear his awful boots that would make him a bit taller. Hope he won’t do that that.

These are my lovely graduation shoes:

A pair of ballerina shoes that I also bought.

Should I buy these gladiator shoes? They seem so nice…

Now back to business (literally!).

Update: I bought the gladiator shoes… Oops! :P They will be perfect for both Greece and Italy this summer (yes, I’m going to Italy as well :D ).

"The ice dripped in the winter sun. It was the first day when the light had been intense enough to cause dripping in the sunlight. To hear it was an extraordinary wakeup call.
