Hiya!
I’ve just had an Italian test, which hopefully went just fine. No worries there. But that’s not what I exactly want to share with you guys. Instead I will tell you about Läroverksfejden 09. As you might know there are four schools here in Stockholm which are always fighting to be the best. Kungsholmens Gymnasium, Norra Real, Södra Latin and Östra Real. As I’m a student at Kungsholmens Gymnasium, I must mentioned this! So, this year we’re having four different competitions and yesterday my school was the host for the second one. We had a debate.
It turned out to be a catastrophe. Kungsholmen, which are known for having bright students who are excellent at debating, lost the whole thing and came last. I actually think it’s a shame! We’re the school who almost always win the European Youth Parliament and then we came last. And Östra Real won. KG Bergström was one of the jury members, perhaps he is an old Östra Real student? Anyway, have to run to English class now. See ya!
