This was one of my friends status message on Facebook otherday. WTF.. what the helll is this CTC, I asked.
Chary’s Tandoori Chicken.. He grinned 
Friday night. After a long week of work, its time for some party and good food. Tired of eating these frozen junk food, burgers and pizza. Needed some hot and spicy, Indian chicken desperately.
This is a very simple prep. All we need is 4-5 Chicken drumsticks. Put Slit (a centimeter deep and a centimeter wide) in them.
Some red chilli powder mixed with a spoon of vegetable oil. Apply this mixture in those slits.
Marinate these pieces for half-an-hour. Usually people marinate all over night. But for beasts like us who can never wait, half an hour is good time. Marinade is simple mixture of a cup of gram flour, some garam masala and some chicken masala, red chilli powder, salt to tast, bit of yoghurt to bind these together.
Shove the pieces in a preheated oven at 250 C for 20 min, you have some hot and spicy, juicy chicken legs. Awesome Chicken Tandoori.
CTC was attacked and was complete within 5min it was out of the oven.. and my cam could not have a scope to get a glimpse of it. Putting a pic from internet for you folks..
Top up it up with onions and lemon juice and some black pepper powder. Let me know how this worked out for you!!
