Have I really been writing this blog for seven months? Where has the time gone…
Well here it is! I fly to Sweden tomorrow to live! It’s not sunk in; it really has not embedded itself into my mind that I will be living in a new country for only the second time in my life tomorrow.
This entry is short but there will be changes to this blog from Sunday. I will be updating every single day about the transaction from the UK to Sweden. It’s all about change from here on and how I handle, or don’t handle the move.

Well I wish you all the luck, I will be following your blog very closely. I am planning on moving to sweden from west london. I got fed up of London and wanted a change in life (spent 37 years and always dreamed of moving).
Currently with the kids in lahore pakistan and possibly this will be the last year of school here(no longer safe with all the bombings). I have heard the school system in sweden is better that englands without spending a small fortune! I am a gas engineer and hoping that sweden needs people like me considering the cold fronts, out here in lahore its damm hot and my skills are not in use so I ended up teaching english. Lahore is a wonderful city with British roots and I liked it a lot but things are changing due to the problems in afganistan and the extremists have nothing to do so they are coming into the cities. Before they were blowing themselves up until american got involved, you just can’t change the mind set.

I moved to Norrkoping. Like you I had enough of London so decided to bite the bullet and move!
